Directions & warnings
Liposomal Vitamin C: take 1 softgel daily with water, preferably with a meal.
Magnesium Glycinate Complex: take 2 capsules daily with water, ideally with a meal. Many people take magnesium in the evening.

How long does each product last?
The Liposomal Vitamin C pouch has 180 softgels: 180 days at 1 a day. The Magnesium Glycinate Complex has 120 capsules: 60 days at 2 a day. When the magnesium runs out you only need to reorder that.
Can I take them at the same time?
Yes. Both can be taken with the same meal. Many people take the vitamin C in the morning and the magnesium in the evening.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual dose of each product the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
