i was advised by my physio to try these has i have bone on bone knee problems due to long term prednisolone, also osteoathritis, so far so good, my husband takes them aswell, so it wont be long before i order some more. a bit too early to say if they work ive only had them for a week, but i havnt had any side effects, and feeling good.

In theory great product. Think my package was affected by heat in transport as all the capsules were stuck together and stuck to silicon sachet to prevent moisture within the package - so had to throw around 20 out. The rest are stuck together but have so far been able to pull one off at a time, unsure if availability of the d3 will have been affected also as I have no noticeable difference in symptoms (brain fog, fatigue and aching joints) since starting taking them 3 weeks ago. Started supplementing after low vitamin d on blood tests 1 month ago which I thought was the likely cause of my symptoms, haven’t had a repeat blood test yet.
