Cancellation policy

At PURETREX, we process and ship orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery for all customers. Because of this, cancellation requests are time-sensitive.

We will always do our best to cancel an order if you contact us immediately after purchase. However, in some occasions the order may have already been processed or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order cannot be cancelled, you may still return it in accordance with our standard Returns Policy. Returned items must remain unopened and in their original condition.
