What does liposomal mean?
The vitamin C is enclosed in liposomes: tiny spheres made from phosphatidylcholine, a phospholipid taken from sunflower lecithin. Each softgel contains 250 mg of it.
What does 1,250% NRV mean?
NRV is the Nutrient Reference Value, the daily reference amount used on UK labels. For vitamin C it is 80 mg. One softgel provides 1,000 mg, which is 1,250% of that figure.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual softgel the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
