How is this different from Vitamin D3 + K2 softgels?
Vitamin D3 + K2 gives 250 µg (10,000 IU) of vitamin D3 and 500 µg of vitamin K2 per softgel, with omega-3, astaxanthin and black seed oil. This softgel gives 100 µg (4,000 IU) of D3 and 100 µg of K2, with 50 mg of magnesium.
What does 4,000 IU mean?
IU stands for International Units. For vitamin D, 1 µg equals 40 IU, so 100 µg is 4,000 IU.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual softgel the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
