1. Shipping Destinations
We are pleased to offer shipping both within the UK and internationally.
2. Shipping Methods
For orders within the UK, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 services.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. From Monday to Friday, orders placed before 1 PM are shipped the same day. On Saturdays, orders placed before 10 AM will be shipped the same day. We do not ship orders on Sundays.
4. Shipping Costs
UK Orders: Free delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 48 on orders over £60. Standard shipping rates apply to orders under £60.
5. Delivery Timeframes
UK: Delivery usually takes between 1 to 4 business days.
International: Delivery typically takes between 5 to 14 business days, depending on the destination.
6. Customs Duties and VAT for International Orders
For international orders (outside of the UK), customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations and the value of your order. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
