What does 20:1 extract mean?
Twenty parts of oregano herb were concentrated into one part of extract. Each serving of 2 gummies contains 300 mg of that extract, equivalent to 6,000 mg of raw oregano herb.
How is this different from Wild Oil of Oregano softgels?
Both use a 20:1 oregano extract. The softgels are standardised to 95%+ carvacrol and come in a pouch of 300. The gummies are standardised to 75% carvacrol and add vitamin C and zinc, in a pouch of 60.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual amount the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
