Both give 1,000 mg of Himalayan shilajit in one gummy, with 60 gummies per pack. The jar pairs it with 340 mg of organic Manuka honey (MGO 263+) and nothing else active. The pouch has 600 mg of Manuka honey (MGO 263+), plus 300 mg of blood orange and 200 mg each of cordyceps extract, maca root extract and ashwagandha.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual gummy the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
