High Dose - Be Careful!

Both myself and my partner took these on an empty stomach in the morning and an shortly afterwards we were both on the toilet for the next few hours, and had an upset stomach for 48 hours. I even had a mild fever for the next day or so. It turns out after some more research that this is a VERY strong dose of Serrapeptase and not something that someone starting Serrapeptase should use. But this is not mentioned anywhere on the packaging, so I am leaving this review as a warning. So in a few weeks I will be restarting on another Serrapeptase product which is 1/10th the strength of this product and work my way up from there. I'm sure this product is good for someone who is already used to taking Serrapeptase, but beginners should start elsewhere and build their way up.
