How is this different from the Liposomal NAD+ NR & NMNH Complex?
This formula gives 300 mg of NMNH with 150 mg of resveratrol and 200 mg of TMG, 9 ingredients in all. The Liposomal NAD+ Complex gives 250 mg of NMNH plus 300 mg of nicotinamide riboside, with phosphatidylcholine and astaxanthin, 12 ingredients in all.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual 2 capsules the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
