Used consistently as directed for several weeks. Unfortunately, I noticed absolutely no difference at all — no extra energy, no improved circulation, no pre-workout benefit, nothing. The ingredients look great on paper, but the product simply didn’t deliver any of the claimed effects for me personally. For this price I’d have expected to feel something. Disappointing — won’t be buying again.

What does "equivalent to 1,500 mg raw beet" mean?
The beetroot extract is 10:1: ten parts of beetroot were concentrated into one part of extract. The 150 mg of extract in each daily dose therefore corresponds to 1,500 mg of raw beetroot.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual 3 capsules the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
