What does 40,000% NRV mean?
NRV is the Nutrient Reference Value, the daily reference amount used on UK labels. For vitamin B12 it is 2.5 µg. Two capsules provide 1,000 µg, which is 40,000% of that figure.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual 2 capsules the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
