What does liposomal mean?
Each ingredient is enclosed in tiny spheres of phosphatidylcholine, a phospholipid. Those spheres are the 100 mg liposomal delivery system on the label.
How long does a pouch last?
At two capsules a day the pouch of 120 lasts two months. At one a day it lasts four.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual dose the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
