How is this different from NMNH Ultra Complex?
This formula pairs 300 mg of nicotinamide riboside with 250 mg of NMNH and adds phosphatidylcholine and astaxanthin, 12 ingredients in all. NMNH Ultra Complex has no nicotinamide riboside. It gives 300 mg of NMNH with more resveratrol (150 mg) and TMG (200 mg), 9 ingredients in all.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual 2 capsules the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
