The drops give 500 mg of nicotinamide riboside and 250 mg of NAD+ in 1 ml, with 200 mg of phosphatidylcholine. The capsules give 300 mg of nicotinamide riboside and 250 mg of NMNH per 2 capsules, 12 ingredients in all.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual 1 ml the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
