What does liposomal mean here?
The berberine is combined with phosphatidylcholine from sunflower, a phospholipid, to form a liposomal matrix inside the capsule.
How is this different from Berberine, Inulin & Chromium?
This capsule has 500 mg of berberine HCl in each capsule, with Ceylon cinnamon, alpha lipoic acid and milk thistle. Berberine, Inulin & Chromium gives 300 mg of berberine HCl per 2 capsules, with chromium, chicory inulin, ginger, cinnamon bark and apple cider vinegar.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual dose the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
