Directions & warnings
Wormwood, Black Walnut & Oregano Capsules: take 2 capsules daily with water, preferably with a meal.

How long does each product last?
The Wormwood, Black Walnut & Oregano Capsules have 120 capsules: 60 days at 2 a day. The Wild Oil of Oregano has 300 softgels: 150 days at 2 a day, so you can carry on with it after the capsules are finished.
Can I take them at the same time?
Yes. Both can be taken with the same meal.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual dose of each product the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
