One gummy or two?
The label allows 1 or 2 gummies a day. The amounts in the table are for one gummy, so two gummies give twice each amount.
What does 10:1 extract mean?
Ten parts of raw plant were concentrated into one part of extract. The 150 mg of chamomile extract in each gummy is equivalent to 1,500 mg of the raw herb.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual amount the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
