Really good supplement but you have got to be consistent with it to see good results

What does 10:1 bilberry extract mean?
Ten parts of bilberries were concentrated into one part of extract. The 100 mg on the label is equivalent to 1,000 mg of raw bilberries.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual 2 capsules the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
