Other ingredients: Vitamin D3 + K2, vegan softgel (tapioca starch, glycerin, purified water). Magnesium Complex, vegan pullulan capsule shell. Both are made in facilities that do not process common allergens such as milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy or sesame.
Directions & warnings
Vitamin D3 + K2: take 1 softgel daily with water, preferably with a meal.
Magnesium Glycinate Complex: take 2 capsules daily with water, ideally with a meal. Many people take magnesium in the evening.
Warnings: food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of either product. The Vitamin D3 + K2 softgels are not suitable for children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if adverse reactions occur. Keep out of reach of young children.

How long does each product last?
The Vitamin D3 + K2 pouch has 180 softgels: 180 days at 1 a day. The Magnesium Glycinate Complex has 120 capsules: 60 days at 2 a day. When the magnesium runs out you only need to reorder that.
Can I take them at the same time?
Yes. Both can be taken with the same meal. Many people take the vitamin D3 + K2 in the morning and the magnesium in the evening.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual dose of each product the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
