Why are the softgels filled with oil?
CoQ10 dissolves in oil rather than water, so it is mixed into sunflower oil and MCT oil from coconut, inside a softgel made from tapioca starch.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual 2 softgels the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
