These are so inoffensive they can be taken on low histamine diet. Wonderful caps. They seem to be working to reduce menopausal hair loss but that’s just after a month so ordering more.

I'm sure the product is excellent however regrettably, I seem to be having side effects from the product which include itching hands and feet, bloated abdomen, slight nausea and headaches. This is regrettable as I know the product is good, I'm just sensitive to the product.
