I'm sure the product is excellent however regrettably, I seem to be having side effects from the product which include itching hands and feet, bloated abdomen, slight nausea and headaches. This is regrettable as I know the product is good, I'm just sensitive to the product.

This softgel contains 3,000 mg of cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil itself, with saw palmetto. Pumpkin Seed Oil 3000 uses a 20:1 extract equivalent to 3,000 mg of oil and adds beta-sitosterol, zinc, lycopene and BioPerine®.
