This is the 2nd supplement I have ordered. It is good and the 1st time I did feel the difference. However to get the full benefits , I've realised it is better to subscribe so you have enough. I would recommend this supplement to ladies . It is a very good supplement. I am over 50 and I'm not in competition with trying to have a " big bottom" like the social media / celebrities do.
