What does 20,000% NRV mean?
NRV is the Nutrient Reference Value, the daily reference amount used on UK labels. For biotin it is 50 µg. A daily dose of 2 softgels provides 10,000 µg, which is 20,000% of that figure.
How is this different from the Pumpkin Seed Oil Beauty Gummies?
