What does 10:1 extract mean?
Ten parts of mushroom were concentrated into one part of extract. The amounts on the label are the weight of extract in each daily dose of 2 capsules.
How is this different from AHCC + Selenium?
AHCC + Selenium gives 1,200 mg of AHCC and 100 µg of selenium in 2 capsules, with nothing else inside. This complex gives 250 mg of AHCC® alongside six mushroom extracts, fisetin, zinc and 200 µg of selenium.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual dose the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
