How is this different from the Watermelon flavour?
Both give 5,000 mg of creatine monohydrate in 3 gummies, with 120 gummies per pack. Dragon Fruit adds 1,000 mg of BCAAs, 250 mg of taurine, 100 mg of coconut water powder, a 300 mg electrolyte blend and vitamins B6 and B12. Watermelon has 250 mg of BCAAs and lists its four minerals one by one, with no taurine or B vitamins. Dragon Fruit comes in a pouch and Watermelon in a tub.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual 3 gummies the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
