What is Quatrefolic®?
Quatrefolic® is a branded form of 5-MTHF, (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, supplied as a glucosamine salt. Many supplements use folic acid, a synthetic form of folate. 5-MTHF is the main form of folate found in the blood.
How is this different from the Liposomal B12 Complex Drops?
The drops give 5,000 µg of vitamin B12 in three forms, with 400 µg of folate as L-methylfolate, in a liquid taken under the tongue. This capsule is built around Quatrefolic® folate, with 1,000 µg of B12 and vitamins B2, B6, niacin, pantothenic acid and biotin.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual capsule the next day. Do not double up to make up for it.
