At PURETREX, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. In compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and Facebook/Google requirements, we provide all users with the right to request deletion of their personal data.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you created or accessed your Puretrex account using email, Facebook Login, Google Login, or any other method, you may request that your account and associated data be permanently deleted.

What Will Be Deleted

Upon your request, we will permanently remove the following:

  • Your customer account and login details.

  • Personal information stored in your profile (name, email, shipping address, billing address, phone number).

  • Order history linked to your account (where possible, subject to legal/financial record-keeping requirements).

What Cannot Be Deleted Immediately

In some cases, certain information must be retained for:

  • Legal, tax, or regulatory compliance (e.g., VAT invoices).

  • Fraud prevention and security purposes.

Such data will be retained only as required by law and securely deleted once retention periods expire.

Processing Time

We aim to process all verified data deletion requests within 7 days of receipt.
